New framework contract for four years of architectural and building projects
Following an open call to tender (ref. 06D20/2021/M059), Tractebel officially renewed its four-year framework contract with the European Parliament (EP) on September 29, 2022, for the provision of services related to assistance in the implementation of architecture and engineering projects. Our Urban-Buildings experts are leading the consortium, composed of our Infrastructures teams and Brussels architects Altiplan and B2Ai.

Tractebel will assist its prestigious client in project management, architecture, building stability, structural work, all technical systems and fire safety technology, but also acoustics, accessibility, environment and energy efficiency. These services will apply to two ongoing projects within the EP, as well as the realization of new buildings. Tractebel will be responsible for all engineering missions. Together with our partners, we began our second four-year mandate on November 1, 2022.
