Talara & Cupisnique Wind Farms

The INKA Wind Complex consists of two wind farms, the Cupisnique and Talara wind farms, with a total installed capacity of 114 MW. The wind farm Cupisnique has an installed capacity of 81.1 MW and is made up of 45 wind turbines. It is located in the department of Libertad, province of Pacasmayo to 675 km of the city of Lima. The Talara wind farm has an installed capacity of 30.6 MW and is composed of 17 wind turbines of 1.80 MW. It is located in the department of Piura, province of Talara, 1000 km from the city of Lima. The owner’s engineering mission carried out by Tractebel included the revision of the project design studies and the site supervision.
