SMEG's head office, located at 10 avenue de Fontvieille in Monaco, is inserted in a complex urban environment, with terraced buildings. It is located in seismic zone.
The project consists of the renovation and modernization of the building as a whole, in order to optimize the existing surfaces, to raise the structure to the level of the two adjacent buildings, and to make overall an energy-efficient construction.
