Construction of a new office tower in Casablanca’s new financial district. This tower will comprise one ground floor, a mezzanine level, 25 upper floors and five underground parking levels. It will cover a total surface area of approximately 21,000 m² and will be 100 m high. The building will make use of a technology that harnesses the floors’ thermal mass inertia, heat and coldness can be collected and subsequently redistributed as needed.
