Tractebel will participate in Africa 2019 Conference & Exhibition that will take place in Safari Court Congress Centre, Windhoek, Namibia on 2-4 April 2019.

AFRICA 2019 will be the third international conference focusing on water storage and renewable energy development in Africa, co-hosted by Aqua~Media International and the International Commission on Large Dams.

Following the two previous regional conferences in Africa - Ethiopia in 2013 and in Marrakech, Morocco in 2017 - it has been decided to move south for AFRICA 2019, to a country with plenty of experience in a variety of hydraulic works. The location will help facilitate access from some of the neighbouring countries of Africa with major hydro development programmes under way: such as Angola, Mozambique, DRC, Zambia, and others.
