Construction of 160 housing units, including 96 social housing units and 64 medium housing units, on a site of +/- 29,500 m² located in Evere, between A Renoir, F Léger and Eenboom streets, in a peri-urban site. The apartments have one to five bedrooms and some are accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The project also includes 112 parking spaces that will be developed in the underground, as well as a collective equipment provided shell of 300 m² (for 200 people) in connection with the existing social housing and agora space.
The buildings are grouped in two trinomes, each around a small, almost urban, mineral plot under which the two underground parking garages are located.
The total area is 18,800 m².
