TECHNICAL DUE DILLIGENCE OF THE WIND FARM IN BAVARIA, GERMANY
Lahmeyer International was assigned to conduct a technical due diligence for the client SAMAG Deutschland, to prepare a decision making paper for an investment in an existing wind farm. The turbines and wind farm environment were inspected, the long term energy yield assessment as well as matters of contractual, approval and licensing requirements reviewed. Special features of the project were, among other things, the consideration and checking of shutdown times due to flights of bats and shadowing of wind turbines.
