The mission was to provide design, design review and construction supervision works undertaken under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) loan for Srinagar city. The main components included water supply systems in Srinagar - rehabilitation, strengthening and expansion of networks and new systems; design and construction supervision of new storm water drainage systems; and solid waste management including treatment, flyovers, and mechanized parking, as well as social, environmental and resettlement reforms.
