The N3 connects Brussels with the German border at Aachen via Leuven, Tienen, St-Trond and Liège. This project concerns the redesign of a section of about 2.2 km of this road on the territory of the municipality of Tervuren between Coigesteenweg and Gordaallaan, which connects the N3 to the park and Royal Museum for Central Africa in Tervuren and also gives access to the residential areas of Moorsel and Vossem.
