However, this project is more than just a mobility project, it also concerns the quality of life, nature, landscape, agriculture, recreation and the economy.

The development of this road has a long history and has been the subject of numerous studies, none of which have been completed to date.

With this new start, it was decided to follow the procedure for complex projects. This means that studies and procedures will be carried out in an integrated manner and that participation, openness and consultation are key concepts.

The goal of this restart phase is to find a preferential solution supported at the strategic level. This will be followed by the development and implementation phases.
