For the fourth time the international congress with exhibition takes place. In Bishkek more than 150 representatives from business and politics will exchange their experiences and talk about investment projects. The focus is on the rehabilitation, reconstruction and modernisation of hydropower plants in the region (Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkey).

In Session 3 on February 19, Christine Noret, French Technical Director will report on a current project in Kyrgyzstan in her presentation "Engineering Audit of Start-up of Second Generator Unit of Kambarata HPP-2".
On February 20, our Regional Manager Dr. Roman Vorobyev will moderate Sessions 6 and 8: "Case studies - secrets of successful projects implementation and operation efficiency growth" and "Round table: HPP modernisation and maintenance".
