This year Tractebel is once again focusing on youth as a lever for success. The job fairs period is approaching and represents an important opportunity for exchanges and meetings, either for jobs or for internships.
This year Tractebel is once again focusing on youth as a lever for success. In 2020, we hired 25% of young graduates, and 32% in 2021. Our diversity policy is very committed to young people, and every year we put in place tools to help them find employment, and this year particularly we want to introduce more interships offers.
In order to meet our future talents, we will be present at several fairs from November 2021 to March 2022.
